The Hotel

The reception – polished stainless steel and designed Zumtobel lamps from Karim Rashid – invites you to come closer as well the good looking, friendly people behind the desk. Magically you are drawn in by Cavalli Swan chairs, chaise lounges made from genuine fur, a table made from eel leather and the open fireplace, before you walk up to the rooms.
Rooms
The 117 rooms and suites seduce the eye with sensual minimalism. Black parquet floors as a base for a noble interior from famous designers in selectable lighting scenarios by Zumtobel. Relaxed rejuvenation at the highest level. Polished stainless steel and black natural stone in the open baths. Style, which matches the lifestyle. Air Conditioning and modern entertainment as an understood detail.
Conference & Spa
The innovative roof with the stylistic architectural elements is located on the 6th floor of the Roomers, on 680 sqm, a world novelty: the specifically developed Biorythm Conference & Spa facility at the Roomers from Nik Schweiger.
Schweiger sees in Biorhythm-Modern Recreation a holistic Communication of contents, interior design and its orchestration with material, tactile impulse, light and sound. Biorhythm orients itself on human well being, in a holistic atmosphere with a healthy, inspirational and tasteful mode of life and therefore combines emotions and ratio.
According to Schweiger, the intellect is especially stimulated when all senses reach a common perception. “Everyone of us knows the positive and combined as well as elevated healing power while being at special locations.
In most cases one experiences this magnificent feeling when submerged within nature and we are proud to say that we were already able to create such an influential atmosphere within a selective few of our others projects.
When you look into a fire or out at the ocean in the early morning, you can think much clearer and inspired as when staring in front of a white wall.”, says the designer. The concept Biorhythm-Modern Recreation uses this simple awareness.
The concept is formed out of the 3C, contemplative work and listening in the conference area, communication and celebrations in the sky lounge and then the conclusion and confident, sexy perception in the relaxed and inspirational atmosphere of the spa.
Realised by Klafs, an international market leader for sauna and steam baths, with a roundly shaped sauna with floating and interchanging lights. A steam bath with sensual lighting and a glass crystal beach with lighting objects, which resemble mysterious jelly fish. The relaxing water jet beds facing at the nylon ceiling are another highlight. This all is completed by the massage pool with changing lights and a transparent foliation at the veneer. Schweiger says: “The spa opens and stages an extensive view on the main and creates beautiful casts of shadow with the sunlight”. The gym with its smart reflection on all sides and the dynamic lights create a positive atmosphere of movement. The outside terrace is like the whole spa project, elegant, laminated and soundproofed. The spa area is open to all hotel guests.
The melting pot between the conference and spa area is the communicative, exclusive Skylounge. It features moving elements and a bar as well as special light effects and a unique ambience. The lounge is bookable for events and can ideally be combined with the three conference rooms, which perfectly rounds up the inspirational concept. Very bright rooms with Floor to Ceiling windows combine a beautiful view on the main river and the bank district. Each of them comes with its own terrace. The biggest one comes with built in cinema style. All of the conference rooms can be completely darkened and are fully equipped with the latest presentation technology and comprehensive service. Equipped for up to 25 people.

The Roomers restaurant is everything but a typical ordinary hotel restaurant. The substantial menu concludes appetizers such as a truffle Carpaccio, Spinach salad with Tiger prawns and scallops and also once in a while a butterhead lettuce: Coming to the entrees, Ludwig puts his attention on flawless organic meats from all over the world, such as Ireland, Argentina and from the US. Desserts as strawberry gazpacho round up the lovely experience. A sommelier gives his recommendation to precisely chosen wines. The friendly professional service team apparently loves their job. Is anybody surprised? The same joy is the special atmosphere in the extravagant created ambiance.
