LÁGRIMAS NEGRAS RESTAURANT:
Restaurant Lágrimas Negras´gastronomic range of products is based on traditional Spanish cuisine. Chef José Luis Estevan, at the helm of the stoves, opts for traditional cooking methods without losing sight of his personal essence. Our Maître, Rafael Lomas, leads the service with the objective of making each evening unique and unforgettable, and our Head Sommelier, Juan Antonio Herrero, will provide you with the best possible advice to ensure you choose the right wine.
We offer an international and cosmopolitan atmosphere. The space, designed by well-known French interior designer Christian Liaigre is the perfect stage for blending traditional and avant-garde cuisine.
LÁGRIMAS NEGRAS´ BISTROT:
The Bistrot offers healthy, fast and affordable meals without losing sight of the essence of product-based cuisine. You can also savour a large selection of delicious sandwiches, hamburgers and homemade desserts in this relaxed and trendy corner.

MAD RESTAURANT:
MAD Restaurant is located on the hotel´s Mezzanine floor. The creation of French designer Christian Liaigre, it offers modern cuisine with international influence, affordable prices and an up-to-date wine list. Service is fast, dynamic and professional. The Restaurant provides room for up to 140 diners. In addition, it includes a reserved area specifically designed for special lunches or private dinners.
MAD Restaurant also offers a comprehensive Breakfast Buffet service every morning, which features a wide and varied selection of Iberian pork products, vegetables, eggs, sausages, cheeses, fruit, juices, yoghourts, natural milkshakes, homemade marmalades and traditional buns and pastries.
Breakfast Service open: 7:00h-11:00h. Weekends and bank holidays: 8:00h-11:30h.
Every Sunday from 13:00h to 16:30h, MAD Restaurant offers a delicious brunch including cold and warm meals featuring vegetables, seafood, cheeses, pork sausages, meat, fish, salads, and a wide range of desserts. Price: € 35 per person (drinks not included). 50% discount for children up to 12 years old.
MARMO BAR:
Marmo Bar, our cocktail bar designed by Marc Newson, is based on a very American concept: to see and to be seen. The whole bar can be seen from the reception area thanks to the giant glass entrance door. The bar is a single 8.25 metre long unit made of white Statuario Venato marble from the Carrara quarries, the original piece weighting at aroung six tonnes.
SKYNIGHT BAR:
Designed by Jean Nouvel, it is the perfect place to shake off stress and leave your problems behind, relaxing over a drink or enjoying the music. Meanwhile, at your feet, the intense rhythm of the city goes on without you.
